RATES
- February 1 – April 30: 9,000-12,000 THB per day
- May 1 – July 31: 9,500-10,500 THB per day

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
HOUSE RULES
- 4 guests maximum
- No pets
- Quiet hours are 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM
- No parties or events
- Commercial photography allowed
- Smoking is not allowed indoors
- We require a 500 USD security deposit upon check-in, cash only. It will be refunded on departure if no damage or loss has occurred.
Additional services
- Airport transfer: 1,300 THB each way for a private minivan or 1,500 THB each way for a private VIP minivan.
- Additional cleaning services for 500-700 THB per visit.
- Grocery shopping delivered on arrival at cost plus a 20% service fee.
- Laundry/dry-cleaning service at cost plus a 20% service fee.
- Extra bed is 800 THB per day
- Private Chef to cook your meals (2500 THB per meal + ingredients)
